I love visiting my local Holland & Barrett for a few reasons. Firstly, I love a bargain, and Holland & Barrett is a great place to head to if you're looking for reduced stuff. Just recently I found a 900g bag of protein powder for £7, I was very chuffed!

But the main reason I love visiting my local Holland & Barrett is because of all the weird and wonderful health products that they stock. One of my favourite finds was a snail cream, which was literally just a cream for your skin that was made from snail slime. I bought some for my mum but I don't think she ever used it...

This week, I stumbled across these peanut butter pouches in my local Holland & Barrett, and I was instantly intrigued. It's such a simple product - smooth peanut butter in a pouch - but actually, I think it makes a lot of sense. Peanut butter is packed with calories and fat, so consuming peanut butter is a great idea for anyone needing lots of energy. But the issue for people like ultra marathon runners and swimmers is that carrying a spoon and a jar of peanut butter with you while you're running or swimming isn't exactly convenient. These pouches allow you to easily suck down some peanut butter while you're on the go.

I'm not sure if they'll catch on, but I'm certainly going to buy a few to try!
