Waitrose has launched a new unhomogenised milk

Published by Finn Hayden

For those of you who like your milk to be as untouched as possible, I've got some good news for you - Waitrose has just added a new unhomogenised milk to its milk range, and it looks amazing:

As well as being unhomogenised, this milk is also organic and made from free range cows living in Ayrshire. I've seen this unhomogenised milk available in Scottish Waitrose stores, but it seems that the availability in the rest of the UK is mixed.

If you buy this milk, then be aware that the cream will likely separate from the milk. It's deliciously creamy!
I found this milk for £1.80 for a 1 litre bottle, which is only about 50p more than I pay for the standard milk from Waitrose.
It's great to see Waitrose stocking an unhomogenised milk, hopefully more supermarkets will follow suit.
