These new Lidl protein shots are very convenient for upping your protein intake
I've already published a lot of content about the great high protein products available at Lidl and how much I love most of what they've produced - the supermarket has made it so easy for me to hit my daily protein intake with products like high protein cheesecake (seriously, I could eat 10 of those in 1 sitting).
The latest high protein product I spotted at Lidl might makes it even more easy to get protein into your diet for people who can't stomach a full cheesecake - protein shots.
Each of these protein shots contains 8g of protein and is only 100ml in size, so they're super easy and quick to drink. I genuinely think I could knock back 5 in one sitting for a very easy 40g of protein.
They're also low in fat with only 0.4g of fat per bottle.
