If you want a high protein yogurt that isn’t thick, look no further than Lidl’s new product

I love how many high protein food options there are on the market right now, and as someone trying to be healthier, it has made upping my protein intake a bit of a breeze. I recently watched an interview with Jay Cutler in which he talks about boiling and peeling dozens of boiled eggs every day just so he could hit his required protein levels - not for me, thanks!
Of all the high protein food items I've been eating lots of recently, it's high protein yoghurt that has been the main staple of my diet. But if I had one very minor, tiny complaint about the various high protein yoghurts I've been eating recently, it's that they're all very thick. Don't get me wrong, I prefer a yoghurt to be thick than all horrible and watery, but some of these high protein yoghurts are so thick that I could probably use them to build a wall in my garden.
Luckily, as is often the case, Lidl has come to the rescue with a new product:

This new high protein yoghurt from Lidl is really impressive - it has the same consistency as a not particularly thick Greek yoghurt, and the same protein content (11g protein per 100g), plus it's fat free.
It's just fat free yoghurt that has been strained in a special way, and it's thick but nowhere near as thick as every other protein yoghurt I've tried.
I paid about £1.50 for this pot, which is, as I would expect from Lidl, extremely good value.
So I've now found my go-to high protein yoghurt with the perfect consistency for my tastes. If you've tried this, let me know your thoughts in the comments!
