The healthiest ice lollies that you can buy in the UK (top 5)
When you want to cool down during the summer months, there are very few things better than a good ice lolly. But although ice lollies are often thought of as a lower calorie alternative to ice cream, that isn't always the case - a lot of popular ice lollies are packed with sugar, which also means they're packed with calories. Luckily though, there are some ice lollies out there which are actually really healthy. We thought it would be useful to round up the best healthy ice lollies that we've found and tried, let's get into it:
Bear Fruit Squeezers

Ice Kitchen
All of the Ice Kitchen ice lollies are 100% natural and made using real fruit, and we think you can really taste it - every ice lolly in the range has a really refreshing taste, and 3 out of the 5 ice lollies in the range have won a 'Great Taste' award. There are 5 different flavours to choose from, and they all vary in calories. But they're all under 100 calories per lolly, and the Summer Berries variety contains just 50 calories per lolly which is very low. Learn more and buy them here - ocado.com

REMEO
REMEO is technically sorbet on a stick, but they taste like ice lollies and they're low in calories, so they definitely qualify for this guide. You've got 3 flavours to choose from within the REMEO range, but it's the Limone Siciliano variety that we're really impressed by - not only is it very tasty and refreshing, but each Limone Siciliano contains just 57 calories. All of the REMEO products are also 100% vegan and made with real fruit juice. Learn more and buy it here - amazon.co.uk

Pip Organic
It's hard to find organic ice lollies, so it was really nice to stumble across the Pip Organic brand. Not only are all of the ice lollies from this brand 100% organic, they also contain no added sugar and they're very low in calories. For example, the Rainbow Fruity Ice Lolly with cheeky veg from Pip Organic contains just 48 calories per 100ml. This is really impressive, especially when you compare this to a similar product such as the Rowntree's Fruit Pastille Ice Lollies which contain 86 calories per 100ml, almost twice as much! Jude's Watermelon Rockets
We previously included Jude's in our list of the best low calorie ice cream you can buy, so we weren't surprised to see that the brand also has a range of low calorie ice lollies. The Jude's Watermelon Rocket ice lollies contain just 51 calories per 100ml, which is really impressive when you compare them to something like the Tesco Rocket Ice Lollies, which contain 66 calories per 100ml.
