The best gluten free spaghetti you can buy in the UK (top 5)
We've already published an entire guide about gluten free pasta, the response to which has been really overwhelming. So much so that we've had a number of requests to publish a more specific guide about the best gluten free spaghetti that can be bought in the UK. After all, Bolognese doesn't taste the same with Penne pasta. So let's get into it:
Napolina Gluten Free
Napolina is a brand that most pasta lovers will be familiar with, but what you might not realise is that this brand makes gluten free spaghetti too and that it's actually very good. Made using a blend of corn flour and rice flour, the spaghetti has a lovely texture and taste and is also naturally low in fat. Learn more and buy it here - groceries.morrisons.com

Sainsbury's Free From Rice, Maize and Quinoa Spaghetti
We raved about how good the Sainsbury's free from section is in our guide to the best supermarkets for gluten free food, so regular readers won't be surprised to see the Sainsbury's gluten free spaghetti in this list. We found this to be really tasty and as well as being free from gluten, it's also free from egg, and soya. The spaghetti is made using a blend of rice, maize, and quinoa flours, which give it a very similar texture to normal spaghetti. Learn more and buy it here - sainsburys.co.uk

Morrisons free from spaghetti
We were actually pleasantly surprised by this gluten free spaghetti from Morrisons, as we didn't have huge expectations. Made from a mix of corn and rice flour, it contains no artificial colours or flavours and tastes really great. Learn more and buy it here - groceries.morrisons.com

Biofair rice quinoa spaghetti
Much of the spaghetti we've included in this guide so far has had the gluten removed from the ingredients, but this spaghetti from BiOFAIR is naturally gluten free. This is because it's made using flour made from rice and quinoa, 2 ingredients which don't contain gluten. Using these 2 ingredients also means that this spaghetti is naturally high in protein, which is an added bonus. As for the taste and texture, it doesn't taste as similar to normal spaghetti as some of the other options we've included in this list, but it's great nonetheless. Learn more and buy it here - biofair.co.uk

Lensi La Buona Vita Gluten Free Spaghetti
Similar to the spaghetti we included in this list from BiOFAIR, this spaghetti from Lensi is naturally gluten free because it is made using corn and rice rather than wheat. The texture is described as al dente, which means it has a lovely bit of bite, as is the tradition in Italy. This brand is from Italy so they know what they're doing, learn more and buy it here - ocado.com

Hopefully, this guide helps you find some delicious-tasting gluten free spaghetti to buy. Let us know if you've tried any of these or if you have any other recommendations for us to try!
