There are lots of great greens powders out there, and we think that what makes a great green powder is a great mix of nutrient-dense ingredients.

We recently tried the Aduna Super Greens Advanced Superfood Blend green powder, and we were very impressed, so we decided it was worthy of a complete review. In this review, we'll be taking a close look at this product and showing you what we like about it and what we don't like about it. Let's get into the review:

What's in the Aduna Super Greens Advanced Superfood Blend?

This green powder is described as 'advanced', so we'd expect the ingredients to be pretty impressive. Although we've tried green powders with what we'd describe as an even more impressive selection of ingredients, we also think that the Aduna Super Greens Advanced Superfood Blend ingredients are pretty impressive.

Aduna Super Greens Advanced Superfood Blend ingredients

Firstly, this product contains ingredients that we'd expect to find in any good powder, such as Wheatgrass, Barley Grass, Spirulina, and Chlorella. These are the same base of greens that you find in the Naturya green powder, and you can read all about the benefits of those ingredients in our review of the Naturya green powder.

But we'd say that what makes this green powder "advanced" is the additional ingredients which have been added that you certainly don't find in all green powders. For example, Lion's Mane powder - we've previously written about the benefits of Lion's Mane, so it's great to see this ingredient added.

There are also ingredients added to this Aduna green powder that we haven't seen added to any other green powder that we've tried. For example, Camu Camu Powder and Agave Inulin Powder. Camu Camu is a berry that is native to the Amazon rainforest and packs a ton of benefits, and studies have shown that Agave Inulin can do wonders for your gut.

What does the Aduna Super Greens Advanced Superfood Blend taste like?

We were pleasantly surprised by the taste of this green powder - it was sweet without being overly sweet or without having an artificial taste. That's because it contains both date powder and lemon juice powder. The date powder brings a lot of sweetness but the lemon juice dulls the sweetness a little bit so it's not too sweet. Also, we'd still say that this product has the "green" taste that we want from a green powder.

Third-party reviews

The Super Greens Advanced Superfood Blend from Aduna has pretty good third-party reviews across most of the platforms that it's listed on, but especially Amazon. As you can see from the screenshot, the product is currently sitting with a rating of 4.7 out of 5 on Amazon, and is also listed as an 'Amazon's Choice' product. Overall, customers seem really impressed with the product.

Super Greens Advanced Superfood Blend amazon reviews

We paid about £22 for a 250g bag of this green powder, which we think is good value given the variety of ingredients.

Any negatives?

For some reason, the lemon juice powder used in the ingredients isn't organic. This is a real shame because everything else in the powder is organic, so it seems like an odd choice.

Final thoughts

Overall we think that the Super Greens Advanced Superfood Blend from Aduna is a great green powder to try if you want a product which contains a good array of greens as well as some more interesting ingredients which are packed with nutrition.
